In connection with making available investment products and services to current and potential Investors, the Firm may obtain nonpublic personal information about Clients and Investors. This information may include a Client’s or Investor’s name, address, e-mail address, tax Identification number, account number, assets, income, financial situation, transaction history and other personal information.
The Firm may collect nonpublic information about Clients and Investors from the following sources:
Information the Firm receives on applications, forms, questionnaires, websites, agreements or in the course of establishing or maintaining a Client or Investor relationship; and
Information about Client and Investor transactions with the Firm, its affiliates and others.
The Firms does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its Clients or Investors to anyone, except as permitted by laws or regulations or as set forth in the applicable offering documents or as contemplated in Client agreements. If The Firm believes that additional products and services may be of interest to Clients and Investors, the Firm may share the information described above with its affiliates. The Firm also may disclose this information to firms that perform services on its behalf. These agents and service providers are required to treat the information confidentially and use it only for the purpose for which it is provided.
